Amanda joins Team McClendon Realty after working with Weichert Realtors, she has been in real estate for 3 years having a vast knowledge of the Greenwood and surrounding areas.
Amanda has been in Real Estate for a little over three years and have always had a passion for real estate since she has purchased and sold several properties of her own. Amanda’s goal in real estate is listing to her clients’ needs and help them find the perfect house that suits them and fits their goals. She strives to make every transaction as smooth as possible. She says, “no transaction is ever the same. I get to meet new people and help them in one of the biggest decision and investments of their life. I absolutely love it!”
Amanda and her husband Chase have been married for 14 years and have four adorable children. She loves Greenwood and its small-town charm which makes her job as a Realtor® easy to sell Greenwood to people who are looking for their next home. Two of her favorite events in the Lakelands area are the annual Festival of Flowers and the South Carolina Festival of Discovery.
In Amanda’s free time, when she is not at a baseball field cheering her boys on, she enjoys traveling, camping and home renovations. Home renovations is a hobby Amanda shares with her husband who also has a love for renovation. They have renovated every home they have owned. Chase has a construction background and is great at visualizing while Amanda adds the finishing touches, paint, fixtures and final décor. Amanda really loves the staging and decorating part when their visions are almost coming together for the “WOW factor”.
